At Goldcrest, we go the extra mile to ensure that every customer receives a quick and excellent service. We offer free in-home sales appointments where our expert sales advisors will bring samples to you and provide advice to help you find an awning that meets your needs.

Measuring Service

Simply call us or fill out our form to book an appointment. Our specialist will get in touch and book an appointment time that is suitable for you. We will then send a confirmation text message to confirm that your appointment is booked.

During your appointment, our sales representative will talk to you about what is on offer, what your needs are and the best products to suit them. They’ll be able to answer any questions you may have, offer advice and can help you customise your awning to suit your personal taste. You can either go ahead with your order, or you can give us a call when you’re ready to start the process.

Once you place your order with us, we will manufacture your made-to-measure awning at our UK factory.  

Fitting Service

As soon as your awnings are manufactured, we will call you and arrange a visit for our fitters to come and install your stunning new made-to-measure awning.
